In early October, Starter and Premium Internet speeds were significantly increased.
Great news for Starter and Premium Internet customers – our FAST Internet speeds are getting even FASTER! Comcast BusinessStarter Internet download speeds were increased from 12Mbps/2Mbps to 16Mbps/3Mbps – up to a 33% increase in download speed. We also increased our Premium Internet speed from 22Mbps/5Mbps to 27Mbps/7Mbps – up to a 22% increase in download speed.
Restart your Gateway Modem to Experience these new speeds
To experience these new speeds, turn off your gateway modem for one minute, then turn it back on. After restarting, you should be experiencing these faster speeds.
Internet Rates will be increasing
Effective November 15, 2012, monthly prices for the following standalone Internet services shall increase as follows:

The monthly rate excludes equipment and taxes. Note that only standalone Internet customers will be affected by the price increase.
