Email is changing


Comcast Business free migration service is no longer able to migrate their services to Office 365.  However, they can still request their data by calling the Cloud Desk Migration Agent at 866-950-3792.

How do you access your email account after the migration date?
Once migrated, you can access email through the Cloud Solutions Marketplace.

How do you access email on Office 365?
Just enter portal.office.com in your browser. You’ll be able to sign in to your Office 365 account with your username and password.

How do you access the Cloud Solutions Marketplace?
Enter upware.comcast.com in your browser.

What happens if you forget or lose your password for “My Account”?
Just click here to reset your password.

What if you don't want to migrate to Office 365?

You’ll have the opportunity to download a .pst file with your email data. This lets you take emails, directories, calendar, and contact list to another email provider.
