Crisis Transforms Digital Transformation

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations are rethinking their digital transformation priorities. IDG and Comcast Business recently surveyed IT decision makers to gauge the impact of COVID-19 on business IT operations. The results showed that the crisis has actually elevated the position of IT at the executive decision-making table with 74% saying they are now serving a larger role in their organization. The survey also included interesting results around digital investment plans and priorities with 94% having changed priorities, investment levels or both.
