During her 12 year tenure with Leapfrog, Kara has been a key player in developing offline call handling solutions that solve the cable industry’s business challenges and deliver meaningful consumer insights that support their business objectives. Kara has over 20+ years in call center management and digital marketing experience across a variety of industries. Prior to working for Leapfrog, she worked for Teleperformance where she managed direct marketing campaigns for clients in the financial services and health care industries.
