Steve Veneman

Steven has been in the communications industry for over 20 years, focusing on the design, development, marketing, and sale of Cable infrastructure equipment, optical semiconductors, embedded operating systems, network systems, and network systems equipment. In his current position as Director of the Cable Vertical Market at Juniper Networks, Steven works with the Juniper Cable team to enable the success of Cable Network Operators.

Steve’s background includes engineering, product management, product marketing and business development positions at Wind River, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Scientific Atlanta.  Steve is named in three patents, holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Math from the University of Hartford, and is a member of Eta Kappa Nu.
