    The Basic Phone Training is designed to get users to start using the Business VoiceEdge service quickly and easily. The recorded webinar and self help videos will show users how to use their new high definition IP phone and voicemail. It is recommended that every user attend this training shortly after installation.

This session takes an in depth look at some of Business VoiceEdge’s most powerful and popular features including smartphone integration. Attendees will learn how to set up and use all the options available to them in the Telephony Toolbar and Web Portal including Remote Office, Be Anywhere, Click-to dial, and more. Instructions for downloading the Telephony Toolbar will be provided during the session.
