Chat live with a Comcast Business customer support representative

Business customers now have the option to "chat" directly with a customer support representative to help resolve account or service issues.

Initiate a chat

Once you've signed in to My Account, select the Chat icon on the right side of the page to initiate a conversation with a Business customer support representative.

Customer support representatives are available to chat Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
