View your technician's estimated time of arrival online

Within 30 minutes of your scheduled installation or service appointment start time, you can view your Comcast Business technician's estimated time of arrival (ETA) in the following locations after signing in to your online account.

Note: This information may not be available to all customers.


For installation appointments

Even if your services haven't been installed yet, you can still create an online account. Upon signing in for the first time, you will see an overlay with the technician's ETA.


Close the window to view your order progress and the technician's ETA again.


For service appointments

Manager Tools homepage


Bills page


Select Bills from the Manage Account menu.

Account Details page


Select Account Details from the Manage Account menu.

Mobile device

The technician ETA is also available when you sign in to your account on a mobile device.
