View your technician's estimated time of arrival online

Introduction

Within 30 minutes of your scheduled installation or service appointment start time, you can view your Comcast Business technician's estimated time of arrival (ETA) in the following locations after signing in to My Account. This information may not be available to all customers.

The technician ETA is also available when you sign in to My Account on a mobile device.

For installation appointments

Even if your services haven't been installed yet, you can still enroll in My Account. Upon signing in for the first time, you will see an overlay with the technician's ETA.

Close the window to view your order progress and the technician's ETA again.
