Introduction

Find out how to be put on our Do Not Call, Do Not Mail or Do Not Knock Lists.

Do Not Call

Comcast or one of our authorized agents may want to call you to tell you about special offers, new products or, if you are a Comcast customer, about the services to which you subscribe.

Even if your telephone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, which is maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), we may call you if you’re one of our customers, you’ve recently done business with us, or you inquired about one of our products or services. However, if you ask Comcast not to call you again, we must honor your request.

Let us know that you would prefer not to receive sales calls by adding your telephone number to Comcast’s Do Not Call List. An agent can add you to our Do Not Call List during a sales call, or you can make the request afterwards by dialing the Caller ID number of the agent who made the call. To make a Comcast Do Not Call request online, fill out a Request to Opt Out.

While you may receive additional sales calls within 30 days of making the Do Not Call request, Comcast will refrain from dialing your telephone number for sales purposes after that period. If you are a current Comcast customer, you will still receive other telephone calls from Comcast with information or notifications regarding services to which you currently subscribe.

If you change your mind and would like to receive sales calls from Comcast, you can request to remove your number from the Comcast Do Not Call list at any time.

Do Not Mail

Comcast may occasionally send you special offers or announcements by mail regarding new products and services. If you no longer wish to receive promotional mail, fill out a Request to Opt Out.

While you may receive additional promotional mail within 45 - 60 days of making the Do Not Mail request, Comcast will refrain from sending promotional mail to your address after this period. If you are a current Comcast customer, you will still receive information or notifications by mail regarding services to which you currently subscribe.

Do Not Knock

Comcast agents may occasionally come to your door to share special offers or announcements about new products and services. If you no longer wish to receive door-to-door solicitations, fill out a Request to Opt Out.
