Link or unlink a Comcast Business account (video)

Comcast Business customers can link multiple Comcast Business accounts to be accessed with a single sign-in email address. This convenient option allows business owners to manage billing and other features in one location, rather than having to remember information for several accounts.

Only an account that has not previously been activated online can be linked, and only a Primary Manager can link accounts. For more information on how to navigate multiple accounts online, read Access online features for linked accounts


Link a new account

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Account Details. Only the Primary Manager can link accounts.

  2. Select Link account.

  3. Enter the account number and either the billing phone number or zip code of the account you would like to link and select Continue when finished.

  4. Enter the business name of the account you are linking and select Confirm.

  5. Select OK to complete linking accounts.


Unlink an account

If you choose to unlink an account, that account cannot be re-linked. Please be sure that you wish to permanently unlink your accounts before following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Account Details. Only the Primary Manager can unlink accounts.

  2. Select Unlink Account.

  3. Select Continue.

  4. Select a new Primary Manager and select Continue. The new Primary Manager will receive an email confirming the change.

  5. Select I’m done to complete the unlinking.
