Make a one-time payment online

Need to make a one-time online payment on your Comcast Business account? Follow these steps.

Want to save time? Try setting up automatic monthly payments.

  1. Step 1:


    Sign in to My Account and select Pay Now in the Billing section.

  2. Step 2:


    Select Balance, Past due, or Pay other amount, then enter the amount to pay.

    You can choose to schedule the payment up to 60 days in advance. Set the date as desired and select Continue.

  3. Step 3:


    Select your bill pay method and enter the appropriate billing information then select Continue.

  4. Step 4:


    Review the information provided and select Confirm.

    Note: It may take up to two days for the payment to reflect in your account.


Edit or cancel a scheduled payment

To modify a scheduled payment before the payment date, open Scheduled payments in the Bill Summary section. Click the Pencil icon to edit or click Cancel payment to cancel, then follow the appropriate steps.
