Manage the types of emails you receive from Comcast Business

Introduction

Comcast Business allows you to subscribe to emails that provide information about our products, special offers for our customers and ideas to improve your business. Choose which emails you would like to receive by following these steps.

Manage your email alert settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select Edit at the top right of the page.

    Note: A Primary Manager can also manage alerts for other users by selecting Users from the Manage Account
    menu, then selecting Settings under the user’s name.

  2. Step 2:

    User_Settings

    Select the Pencil icon beside Email Alerts.

  3. Step 3:

    Select which alerts you would like to receive via email, then select the Checkmark.

    You may also choose to unsubscribe from all email categories by selecting the Unsubscribe checkbox.

    Select Unsubscribe now or No, nevermind to close the window. If you choose to unsubscribe, please note:

    Unsubscribe only applies to the three categories listed above. It will not affect your selections for billing, payment or service alerts. You may also still receive emails regarding mandatory service alerts and regulatory announcements.

    Note: Unsubscribing is permanent. Once you save your selection, you will no longer be able to subscribe to these emails.
