Moving your business to a new location? Please read Transfer your Comcast Business service to a new location.

Cancel your service

If you are looking to cancel your Comcast Business service, please call us at 1-800-391-3000. We want to make sure we've done everything we can to give you the best experience, price and package, as well as review specifics of your contract terms. And, we appreciate any feedback you have so that we can improve our service.

If you have already contacted us to disconnect your services and still need to return your equipment, you can choose from the following options.

Return your equipment

To return equipment for Advanced Voice (VoiceEdge, Trunks), Enterprise and Hospitality services, please schedule a technician pickup with a Business Customer Care representative. For all other services, use one of the options below.

Stop by a local UPS Store® (Recommended)

  1. Visit to find a UPS Store near you.

  2. Bring your equipment to the store and a UPS associate will pack and ship your equipment back to Comcast Business. You will receive a receipt with your tracking number so that you can track the progress of your return on

  3. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to process and your account to reflect these changes.

Leave it with us 

If you are moving and transferring your services, you can give the old equipment to the Comcast Business technician during your installation appointment at your new service address. You can also schedule a pick up at your new location after installation. 

Visit us at a Comcast Service Center or Xfinity Store

  1. Find a Comcast Service Center or Xfinity Store location near you.

  2. Drop off your equipment at any Comcast Service Center or Xfinity Store.

  3. After you return your equipment, it will be removed from your account within 2 business days. 

Comcast Service Centers and Xfinity Stores do not store replacement equipment for the following: 

  • Comcast Business Internet
  • Comcast Business Voice
  • Comcast Business SmartOffice camera
  • Comcast Business VoiceEdge equipment

Note: If you have an email address on file, you will also receive a confirmation email letting you know that the equipment was received, the date that the return was processed and a total of your final bill and any applicable early termination fees.
