Introduction

Great news! If you accepted a promotional offer for a Visa® Prepaid card with your service contract, you can now visit Comcast Business Fulfillment to view the status of your card. You will need to be signed in to My Account in order to access the information.

Visit Comcast Business Fulfillment.

  • If you are already signed in to My Account, you will be directed to the landing page where you can view the status of your Visa® Prepaid card.

     

  • If you are not signed in to My Account, you will be prompted to do so and then will be automatically directed back to the Comcast Business Fulfillment page where you can view the status of your Visa® Prepaid card.

    Note: You will not be eligible to receive your Visa® Prepaid card until 30 days after service installation. Please allow 6-9 weeks following those 30 days to receive your card.
