Use Insights to manage your SD-WAN service

Introduction

Insights will alert you when a device or port fails at one of your SD-WAN locations. Learn more about managing your network health notifications.

Access and manage Insights

  1. Sign in to My Account and select ActiveCore from the Services menu.

  2. Select Insights.


     
  3. Devices and Ports down display. Select View Site for more information. Insights call be filtered or searched.


     
  4. Past insights will be displayed. Select the Site Name to view the Site Details screen. The Time Frame can be changed.
