Use Insights to manage your SD-WAN service

Insights will alert you when a device or port fails at one of your SD-WAN locations. Learn more about managing your network health notifications.

Access and manage Insights

  1. Sign in to My Account and select ActiveCore from the Services menu.

  2. Insights are located on your Dashboard. Select View Insight for Device down or Port down, or select View all Insights.

  3. Select View Site to access the Site Details and identify which device(s) or port(s) are up or down.

  4. If you have a My Account username and password set up, you can receive SMS message and/or emails when SD-WAN devices and ports are detected to be out of service. You can manage your notifications by selecting Manage Insights and editing settings on the Insight Settings page.
