Access and manage Cloud Solutions billing information

Introduction

Your Cloud Solutions marketplace account allows you to view billing history for specific apps, access account invoices and payments and update your billing information.

To get started, sign in to My Account and select Cloud Solutions from the Manage Services menu, then select Account on the Cloud Solutions homepage.

  

Jump to:
Application billing history
Invoices and payments
Update billing information

 

Application billing history

  1. On the Applications tab, locate the application you would like to view billing history for and select Manage > Billing History.

  2. Select the line item on the Order History tab to see additional order information.

Invoices and payments

  1. On the Billing tab, select Invoices or Payments on the left side of the page.

  2. Select any item listed for a more detailed view, including product and version information.

    You can download individual invoices as PDFs or a list of all payments as a CSV file.

Update billing information

  1. On the Billing tab, select Billing Info on the left side of the page, then select Edit next to the card you would like to update.

  2. Edit the card information as needed, then click Save.
