Cancel a Cloud Solutions marketplace application subscription

If you determine that your business no longer wishes to subscribe to an application, you can cancel your subscription in the Cloud Solutions marketplace. When you cancel a subscription to an application, you will no longer have access to that application.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for prepaid subscriptions.

To cancel your application subscription

  1. Step 1:


    Sign in to My Account and select Cloud Solutions from the main menu.

  2. Step 2:


    On the Cloud Solutions marketplace landing page, select Account from the main menu.

  3. Step 3:


    On the Applications tab, locate the application you would like to cancel and select Manage.

  4. Step 4:


    Select Cancel Subscription.

    Note: Refunds will not be provided for prepaid subscriptions.

  5. Step 5:


    If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, select Yes.

    Note: Refunds will not be provided for prepaid subscriptions.
