Purchase an application in the Cloud Solutions marketplace

Purchasing a subscription to an application in the Cloud Solutions marketplace is simple and many applications even offer a free trial that can be used across your company. Existing and new Comcast Business customers who have purchasing ability (Primary Manager, Services Manager or Billing Manager) can purchase a subscription or try one of the free trials.

To purchase an application

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select Cloud Solutions from the main menu.

  2. Step 2:

    Upware select app

    On the Cloud Solutions marketplace landing page, select the application you would like to purchase.

  3. Step 3:

    If this is the first time your company is using the application, select Buy Now at the top of the screen.

  4. Step 4:

    Upware select app edition

    Select the edition you would like to purchase and then select Continue.

  5. Step 5:

    Upware billing details

    Enter your billing contact information and credit card details, then select Continue.

  6. Step 6:

    Review your order, agree to the Terms and Conditions and select Place Order.

  7. Step 7:

    You are now ready to begin using the application. Read the Use applications and Manage user access articles for more information on launching your application and providing access to additional users.
