Upgrade or downgrade a Cloud Solutions marketplace application subscription

Introduction

Once you have purchased and are using your applications, you can upgrade or downgrade all your applications on the Cloud Solutions marketplace.

Note: If you upgrade or downgrade a subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be credited the prorated balance of the current edition and will be charged for the newly upgraded or downgraded edition.

To upgrade or downgrade your applications

  1. Step 1:

    online_account_manager_tools

    Sign in to My Account and select Cloud Solutions from the main menu.

  2. Step 2:

    Upware landing

    Once on the Cloud Solutions marketplace landing page, select Account from the main menu.

  3. Step 3:

    Upware applications page

    On the Applications tab, locate the application you would like to upgrade or downgrade and select Update Subscription.

  4. Step 4:

    Upware app edition

    Select the product edition you would like to purchase and then select Continue.

  5. Step 5:

    Review your order, agree to the Terms and conditions and select Place Order.
