Upgrade, downgrade or cancel a Cloud Solutions app subscription

Introduction

If you want more storage for your company's backup solution, decided to cut back on website features or just no longer need a particular app, you can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel any of your Cloud Solutions app subscriptions.

To get started, sign in to My Account and select Cloud Solutions from the Manage Services menu, then select Account on the Cloud Solutions homepage.

Upgrade or downgrade

Note: If you upgrade or downgrade a subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be credited the prorated balance of the current edition and will be charged for the newly upgraded or downgraded edition.

  1. On the Applications tab, locate the application you would like to upgrade or downgrade and select Update Subscription.

  2. Select the product edition you would like to purchase and then select Continue.

  3. Confirm your payment info, agree to the Terms and conditions and select Place Order.

Cancel subscription

If you determine that your business no longer wishes to subscribe to an application, you can cancel your subscription in the Cloud Solutions marketplace. Note: Refunds will not be provided for prepaid subscriptions.

  1. On the Applications tab, locate the application you would like to cancel and select Manage > Cancel Subscription

  2. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, select Yes.
