View Business Ethernet availability reports online

Introduction

The Business Ethernet availability report displays the monthly uptime of your network. Report data is updated once a month.

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Ethernet from the Services menu.


     
  2. Expand the Reports section on the left-hand side and select Availability.

  3. The report offers three categories for filtering. Select an option for each filter type and select Render Report.

    • Service Type (Private Line, Virtual Private Line, Network Services, Dedicated Internet)

    • State (Site Location)

    • UNI IDs (End-points)


     
  4. View a single month of data or multiple months (3, 6 or 12) of data at a time.

    Note: Report data is updated once a month. Up to 12 months of data can be viewed from the last 24 months. Data is available beginning October 2015. Availability is calculated based on reported outage duration in the monthly period. Reports are only available for On-net fiber-based sites.

    Use the single-month view to see a snapshot of the chosen month across the selected UNI IDs or multi-month view to see a snapshot of a single site at a time across multiple months.

    Select Update Chart to refresh the chart.

    Note: In multi-month view, select each UNI ID to view that site's data for given month range.
