Microsoft® Hosted Exchange email migration

Microsoft® is retiring the Hosted Exchange email platform and replacing it with Microsoft® Office 365 to provide our customers with the latest products offered in the market. Comcast Business no longer offers Microsoft email with Comcast Business Internet service.

From February – November 2017, you received a series of communications from Comcast Business with options for migrating your company's email service to the new Microsoft platform. These communications were sent to the primary email address on your account.

Unfortunately, we are no longer offering the option to migrate your company’s Hosted Exchange service to Office 365.
