As a Microsoft® Office 365 email platform user or administrator, you have the ability to manage your password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions below to reset it and gain access to your account.
Sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Cloud Solutions.
Select MY APPS.
Select the Office 365 tile.
Select Forgot your password?
Enter your Microsoft Business User ID, enter the characters in the picture or words in the audio and select Next.
Select your preferred contact method for verification and complete the steps for the method you selected.
Once you are successfully verified, enter a new password, confirm it and select Finish.
You will receive a confirmation that your password has been reset. Select the confirmation link and sign in to Office 365 with your new password.
