Increases take place overnight, between midnight and 6:00 AM. The process typically takes less than 15 minutes to complete. During this time you will be unable to use your Internet service.
Once complete, your modem should automatically reboot. Open your Internet browser to confirm that your service has been properly restored. Your modem will now deliver the increased speed.
