Manage your Comcast Business alerts online

My Account alerts allow you to stay on top of important items such as bill payments and service appointments.


Register a mobile phone number and set up text alerts

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Edit Profile.


    Note: The Primary Manager can manage alerts for other users by selecting the Users page, then selecting Settings under the user’s name. The user will need to enter his or her own mobile phone number to activate text alerts.

  2. Select Register Mobile Phone in the Mobile Alerts section.

  3. Enter your mobile phone number and select Register Mobile Phone.

  4. An activation code will be sent to your mobile phone via text message. Enter the code, review and accept the Terms of Service and select Confirm Mobile Phone.

  5. Click Select Mobile Alerts.

  6. Select which alerts you would like to receive via text, then select the Checkmark.


Manage text message alerts

  1. Select the Pencil icon beside Mobile Alerts.

  2. Make any changes in the selection of alerts you would like to receive via text, then select the Checkmark.


    Note: To disable text alerts directly from your phone, simply reply "STOP" to the alert(s) you no longer want to receive. You will need to do this for each type of text alert that you would like to disable.If your mobile number is set up to receive alerts for multiple Comcast accounts, replying "STOP" to an alert will disable that type of alert for all Comcast accounts associated with that phone number (including any residential accounts). To disable alerts for a specific Business account, sign in and follow the steps above to access your alert settings.
