About Comcast Business Trunks

Comcast Business Trunks are offered as a flexible way to provide voice services based on Comcast’s IP Network. The Business Trunks-PRI option is a switched voice trunk service with ISDN / PRI connectivity from a customer’s Private Branch Exchange (PBX) to the Comcast network. As with other Comcast voice services, trunk services are supported by Comcast’s own network. Comcast Business Trunks offers the following features:

Business level support Your dedicated Business Technical Support Team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Business Voice continuity You have the option to utilize the destination unreachable feature, which automatically re-routes incoming calls made to your trunk group to an alternate destination in the event of any type of outage. This feature only needs to be activated once and then is available on a regular basis to help ensure your Business Voice continuity.
Toll-free service Toll-free service can help you expand your business by enabling your customers to place orders via a toll-free number. Many customers include their Toll-free numbers on their website, as it makes them easier to contact.
Bundled minutes Includes outbound long-distance calls to Canada and inbound toll-free minutes. Each channel in your service comes with a 200-minute block, which now enables you to place long-distance calls to Canada, in addition to your existing outgoing domestic long-distance service. Your minute block also includes incoming toll-free minutes.
Comcast Business Promise We are committed to providing you with a consistently superior customer experience. If for any reason you’re unhappy with our service and not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
E911 service and 911 emergency calls The safety of you and your employees is a top concern. We give you options so you may keep your peace of mind.
Call detail records (CDR) Access your CDR to view call-to, call-duration and time-of-day data. CDR can be configured in multiple ways, such as call details for customer billing, call analysis by time of day or duration, or even call assignment per project type.
