You can view two types of reports associated with your Business Trunks account. For a given time, the Concurrent Calls report will display the peak and average number of calls and the Utilization report will display the total number of trunk group channels in use. Both reports are available on an hourly, daily and monthly basis.
Sign in to My Account and select PRI Trunk.
Select Reports from the Trunk Menu on the left side of the summary page.
Select the desired location and trunk group from the dropdown menus (if you have more than one location or trunk group). Then select the Report Type, Interval and Date Range that you would like to view. Select Update to view the report.
Drag the slider at the bottom of the graph to select the viewing area.
