Be Anywhere allows you to make and receive calls from any phone or mobile device at any location. Be Anywhere allows you to receive inbound calls on any of your devices in addition to your office phone as well as make calls from those devices while still displaying the Caller ID of your business landline to your called party.
Note: Access to this feature requires the purchase of a Business Voice Mobility line. For more information, contact a Business sales representative at 1-800-391-3000. Mobility lines are not available in all areas.
Sign in to My Account and select Manage Phone.
Select Mobility from the Call Features menu.
Select Add Device to begin setting up a Be Anywhere device.
Enter a device name and the device number. This is the device that all calls will be forwarded to (based on the rules you set up). Select +Add a new device when you are finished.
Select Edit next to the appropriate device in the list, then select Set up Device Rules.
Enter or select the following information:
Description: Enter a rule description. For example, "Nights and Weekends" or "Calls from IT Department."
Selected Time Schedule: Choose the time of day you would like sequential ring to be active. Every Day All Day is selected by default. You can also customize your own time schedule.
Selected Holiday Schedule (optional): If you would like to apply rules on specific days, you can customize a Holiday Schedule.
Calls From: Choose Any phone number if you want all calls to be forwarded or choose Select phone number(s) and enter the phone numbers of callers whose calls you want to activate sequential ring. If you choose Select phone number(s), you also have the option to allow calls from private or unavailable numbers.
Select Save when you are finished.
Repeat these steps to create additional rules (select Edit > Device Rules > + Add a new rule).
Make sure the number you will be calling from has been added as a Be Anywhere device on your account.
On the Mobility page, select Remote Access PIN.
Enter and confirm your PIN, then select Save.
Note: This PIN is not the same as your Security PIN or voicemail PIN. For more information, please read about Comcast Business customer PINs.
Dial the access number listed on the Mobility page and follow the voice prompts to make a call remotely. The person you are calling will see your business’s phone number or caller ID information.

Simultaneous ring allows you to configure up to 10 phone numbers to ring at the same time as your primary phone number.
Sequential ring allows you to configure a list of phone numbers that will be alerted sequentially when you receive a call.
