Create time and holiday schedules online

Schedules are an important part of configuring your Voice features. Time schedules allow you to apply settings during specific times, dates, or a range of dates and are generally set as your regular working hours. Holiday schedules override a feature’s applied time schedule and provide coverage for upcoming closures or time out of the office.

Note: This feature may not be available in all areas.

Access time and holiday schedule settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Services dropdown.

    Note: Only a Primary Manager has access to manage schedules.

  2. Expand the Account menu and select Manager Settings.

Add a time or holiday schedule

  1. In the Manage schedules section, select Add new schedule.

  2. Enter or select the following information:

    Enter the Schedule name. Select the Schedule type from the dropdown as Time or Holiday. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

    Select Add event.

  3. Enter the appropriate information and select Save.

  4. Select Finish.

Manage a time or holiday schedule

  1. Expand the schedule and select Manage schedule.

  2. Expand an existing event and select the Pencil icon to edit details.

    Select the Pencil icon beside Add event.

    Note: Create multiple events as needed. For example, create separate events if your business is open from 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday - Thursday and 9 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.

    Select Finish once all updates are completed.
