Create time and holiday schedules for your Business Voice Mobility line users

To give users assigned to mobility lines more flexibility, the Primary Manager or Services Manager can set up time and holiday schedules for Business Voice Mobility features like Be Anywhere and sequential ring. Schedules are useful for routing calls during business hours or for weekend coverage, for example.

Note: Access to these features may require the purchase of a Business Voice Mobility line. For more information, contact a Business sales representative at 1-800-391-3000. Mobility lines are not available in all areas.

Access time and holiday schedule settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Manage Services menu

  2. Step 2:


    Select Manager Settings from the Account Menu.

    Note: Manager Settings are only available to the Primary Manager or Services Manager. If you need a new time or holiday schedule created, or to request changes to an existing schedule, please contact the Primary Manager or Services Manager for your account.

Add a time or holiday schedule

  1. Step 1:

    In the Manage schedules section, select Add schedule.

  2. Step 2:

    Enter or select the following information:

    Enter the Schedule name. For example, “Weekend.”

    Select the Schedule type from the dropdown as Time or Holiday.

    Select the Pencil icon to add an Event.

  3. Step 3:

    Enter the appropriate information and select Add Event.

  4. Step 4:

    Select I'm Done to save your changes.

    This time or holiday schedule will now be available in the Selected Time Schedule dropdown when you add or edit a Be Anywhere or Sequential Ring rule.
