Activate Readable Voicemail for your Business Voice or VoiceEdge Select service

Business Voice and VoiceEdge Select customers can elect to receive voicemail transcripts as well as voicemail files via email. The Readable Voicemail feature converts your voicemail to text using automated speech recognition. This feature is particularly helpful for those customers who may be deaf or hard of hearing.

Note: This feature may not be available in all areas.

Manage Readable Voicemail

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Services dropdown.

  2. Select Settings from the Voicemail menu.

  3. Set Readable Voicemail to On.

  4. Select the Pencil icon in the Voicemail to Email Notifications section.

  5. Select the Checkbox if you would like to attach Readable Voicemail to email notifications.

    Select the Checkbox if you would also like to attach voicemail audio file to email notifications.

    Enter the email address(es) at which you would like to receive the notification.

    Select the Checkmark to save your information and apply changes.
