Introduction

Manage your voicemail settings online for your Business Voice and VoiceEdge Select service.

Note: This feature may not be available in all areas.

The following content is only applicable to Business Voice and VoiceEdge Select customers. If you are a Business VoiceEdge customer, please refer to Manage your Business VoiceEdge voicemail settings.

Access the voicemail inbox

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Services menu.

  2. Expand the Voicemail section and select Inbox.

    Listen to and manage individual voicemails from the Inbox.

     

Set greetings

  1. Expand the Voicemail section and select Greetings.

  2. Select the Pencil icon in the Greeting Options section to select a standard greeting or upload a personal greeting. Select the Pencil icon in the Language for prompts section to select English or Spanish prompts. Select the Checkmark when finished.

Access advanced voicemail settings

  1. Expand the Voicemail section and select Advanced Features.

  2. Turn Voicemail to Email Notifications On or Off.

    Select the Pencil icon. Enable options to Attach voicemail audio file to email notification and Attach Readable Voicemail to email notification. Enter email addresses in the Email addresses field.

    Select the Checkmark to confirm.

  3. Select the Pencil icon in the Number of rings before forwarding to voicemail section. Choose the number of rings from the dropdown and then select the Checkmark.

    Select the Pencil icon in the Reset Voicemail PIN section. Enter a new PIN and select the Checkmark to confirm.
