Introduction

VoiceEdge Select is a cloud-based, PBX service designed for single-site small businesses with 3 to 8 employees. Use an Automated Attendant, a Hunt Group and Readable Voicemail to handle functionality for day-to-day calls, as well as features like Be Anywhere and integration of the Comcast Business app to meet the demands of an on-the-go business.

VoiceEdge Select includes all of the great features available with our Business Voice service, with the following additions. To activate or deactivate features from your handset, please see available feature access codes

 

User features

Automated Attendant

The Automated Attendant serves as an automated receptionist that answers the phone and provides a personalized message to callers with options for connecting to the operator, dialing by name or extension, or connecting up to ten configurable options (for example, 1 = Marketing, 2 = Sales, and so on). Be Anywhere

The Be Anywhere user service allows the user to define one or more network locations, such as mobile phones, which can be used as extensions to the user's profile. The user can then make and receive business calls on these locations. 

Call Forwarding

Redirect high priority calls, forward calls while you are away from work and more. Activate or deactivate a variety of call forwarding features including Call Forwarding Always, Call Forwarding Selective, Call Forwarding Busy and Call Forwarding Not Reachable. Hunt Group

Avoid missed calls by circulating incoming calls between users in a defined group. For more information, read Manage Hunt Group settings online.

Readable Voicemail

Convert your voice messages to text and send the messages directly to your email inbox. You can also access them from your voicemail inbox.
