Introduction

VoiceEdge Select is a cloud-based, PBX service designed for single-site small businesses with 3 to 8 employees. In addition to all the great features available with our Business Voice service. VoiceEdge Select includes Automated Attendant, Readable Voicemail, Simultaneous Ring Hunt Group and equipment. More information on these additions is available below. 
 

User features

Automated Attendant

The Automated Attendant serves as an automated receptionist which answers the phone and provides a personalized message to callers with options for connecting to the operator, dialing by name or extension, or connecting up to ten configurable options (for example, 1 = Marketing, 2 = Sales, and so on). Readable Voicemail

Convert your voice messages to text and send the messages directly to your email inbox. You can also access them from your voicemail inbox.


Simultaneous Ring Hunt Group

In addition to the Regular Hunt Group option (also referred to as Sequential Hunt Group) available with the Business Voice service, VoiceEdge Select includes Simultaneous Ring Hunt Group. This hunt group type allows an incoming call to ring an assigned group of phone numbers in unison.

 

Equipment

No upfront hardware, wiring or IT costs are required.  VoiceEdge Select service includes business-grade phones without the capital outlay.
