Introduction

Welcome to VoiceEdge Select! 

As the Primary Manager of your Comcast Business account, you will have access to customize your phone experience in My Account. Note that the Primary Manager is the person whose email address was listed as the primary contact on the VoiceEdge Select order. 

These videos will help you: 

  • Choose your features to customize your VoiceEdge Select experience
  • Add new users to My Account
  • Create Time Schedules (access to this feature appears on My Account once your VoiceEdge Select service is installed)
  • Create an Automated Attendant (access to this feature appears on My Account once your VoiceEdge Select service is installed)

Please ensure your Primary Manager is present on the day your VoiceEdge Select services are installed. The Primary Manager will receive the CPNI pin via email during the installation. The CPNI pin is required to activate advanced service features in My Account.
