This open forum session, which starts at 3 p.m. ET each week, can cover a variety of topics such as VoiceEdge features, phones, End User Portal, Tech Admin Portal, and so much more!

Primary and Services Manager Virtual Classes

This virtual class is designed for Primary and Services Managers who are responsible for managing VoiceEdge services. The topics include making changes to User settings, Automated Attendants, Hunt Groups, and Scheduling.

VoiceEdge Services Users Virtual Classes

This virtual class is designed for every user who wants to get the most out of their VoiceEdge service; and takes an in depth look at some of VoiceEdge’s most powerful and popular features including smartphone integration. Attendees will learn how to set up and use all the options available to them in My Account including Be Anywhere and Advanced Voicemail settings.
