Welcome to your Business VoiceEdge service. Comcast is pleased to offer complimentary training and resource materials to help you get the most out of your service. Read on for an overview of our VoiceEdge interactive training courses and select the applicable course names to register today.

 

For All VoiceEdge Users

Phone Basics

The Basic Phone Training webinars are designed to get users to start using the Business VoiceEdge service quickly and easily. During each session, users will learn how to use their new high definition IP phone and voicemail. It is recommended that every user attend training shortly after installation. Select your device to register for a session:

We invite you to take advantage of learning more about your Business VoiceEdge service by joining an interactive Q&A session with our VoiceEdge experts. This open forum session, which starts at 3 p.m. ET each week, can cover a variety of topics such as VoiceEdge features, phones, End User Portal, Tech Admin Portal, and so much more! 

 

For My Account Managers and Users

Primary and Services Manager Virtual Classes

This instructor led class is designed for Primary and Services Managers who are responsible for managing VoiceEdge services. The topics include making changes to User settings, Automated Attendants, Hunt Groups, and Scheduling.

VoiceEdge Services Users Virtual Classes

This instructor led class is designed for every user who wants to get the most out of their VoiceEdge service; and takes an in depth look at some of VoiceEdge’s most powerful and popular features including smartphone integration. Attendees will learn how to set up and use all the options available to them in My Account including Be Anywhere and Advanced Voicemail settings.

VoiceEdge Overview and Feature Training

This webinar is designed for users who are new to Business VoiceEdge. Attendees will get a full overview of the service and features of the Business VoiceEdge product.

Advanced Features and Portal Training Schedule

This webinar is designed for every user who wants to get the most out of their Business VoiceEdge service. This session takes an in depth look at some of Business VoiceEdge’s most powerful and popular features including smartphone integration. Attendees will learn how to set up and use all the options available to them in the Web Portal including Be Anywhere, Click-to-dial, and more.

Technical Administrator Training Webinar Schedule
