Access account activity for Business VoiceEdge

View details of any updates made to your Business VoiceEdge settings.

Access account activity details

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge Admin from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Select Account Activity.

  3. Step 3:

    Filter the activity by Date Range and Feature, or use the Search field. Sort by Date & Time, Feature, User Name, and Ext.

  4. Step 4:

    Select the Expand icon to view activity details.
