Introduction

View details of any updates made to your Business VoiceEdge settings.

Access account activity details

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge Manager from the Services menu.


     

  2. Select Account Activity.


     
  3. Filter the activity by Date Range and Feature, or use the Search field. Sort by Date & Time, Feature, User Name, and Ext.


     
  4. Select the Expand icon to view activity details.
