Activate Distinctive Ring for your Business VoiceEdge account

Distinctive Ring allows you to provide a unique ring or call waiting tone for incoming calls by setting rules for the incoming call based on the phone number, time of day or day of the week. 

Access and manage Distinctive Ring settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Service dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Select Distinctive Ring from the Advanced Settings section.

  3. Step 3:


    Select Add new rule.

  4. Step 4:


    Make selections for Rule name, Time Schedule, Holiday Schedule and Calls from. Select Add rule.

    Note: Time and Holiday schedules need to be set prior to adding a rule.
