The first time you sign in to My Account, you will be taken through a guided tour to configure your system. To begin, select Get Started

Configure your account

  1. Step 1:

    Before you can assign a phone to a user, the user needs to be added. Select Add New User and follow the steps until you are able to assign a phone to the newly added user.

  2. Step 2:

    Access Hunt Group and Automated Attendant settings to make additional selections while setting up your main number. 

  3. Step 3:

    Create and confirm your voicemail PIN. 

  4. Step 4:

    Choose between a system default greeting, a standard greeting or record/upload a personal greeting. 

  5. Step 5:

    Add a Be Anywhere phone. 

  6. Step 6:

    You will receive a confirmation message and can continue to the Dashboard to view more features and make additional selections.
