Introduction

The first time you sign in to My Account, you will be taken through a guided tour to configure your system. Follow the steps below according to your user role:

Primary Manager and Service Manager account configuration

  1. Select Get Started.


     
  2. Before you can assign a phone to a user, the user needs to be added. Select Add New User and follow the steps until you are able to assign a phone to the newly added user.


     
  3. Access Hunt Group and Automated Attendant settings to make additional selections while setting up your main number.


     
  4. Create and confirm your voicemail PIN.


     
  5. Choose between a system default greeting, a standard greeting or record/upload a personal greeting. 


     
  6. Add a Be Anywhere phone. 


     

    Note: You will receive a confirmation message and can continue to the Dashboard to view more features, make additional selections and download the Mobile App. 
     

Service User account configuration

  1. Select Get Started.


     
  2. Create and confirm your voicemail PIN.


     
  3. Choose between a system default greeting, a standard greeting or record/upload a personal greeting. 


     
  4. Add a Be Anywhere phone. 


     

    Note: You will receive a confirmation message and can continue to the Dashboard to view more features, make additional selections and download the Mobile App.
