Enable Hoteling for Business VoiceEdge

Introduction

Hoteling Guest allows you to bring your business phone number and have it function like your desk line when visiting another office location on the same network. Hoteling Host allows you to accomodate other VoiceEdge users from your company when they visit your office location.

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Feature Settings section and select Hoteling.

Hoteling Guest

  1. Step 1:

    Turn the Hoteling Guest feature On or Off. Select the Pencil icon to edit the Hoteling Guest settings.

  2. Step 2:

    Leave Time limit disabled to associate host and guest phone indefinitely or select the Checkbox to enable Time limit. Enter the number of hours in the Length of time field and select the Host from the Host dropdown. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

Hoteling Host

  1. Step 1:

    Turn the Hoteling Host feature On or Off. Select the Pencil icon to edit the Hoteling Host settings.

  2. Step 2:

    Leave Time limit disabled to associate host and guest phone indefinitely or select the Checkbox to enable Time limit. Enter the number of hours in the Length of time field. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
