Introduction

Access your privacy settings to block specific calls, exclude your contact information from Business VoiceEdge Directory Listings, enable Call Waiting and more.

Access and enable privacy settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Feature Settings section and select Privacy.

  3. Step 3:

    Enable each feature by turning the setting On or Off.

  4. Step 4:

    In the Do Not Disturb section, enable Do Not Disturb by turning the setting On or Off.

    If enabled, select the Pencil icon to edit the Play Ring Reminder feature. Select the Checkbox to activate the ring alert reminder, then select the Checkmark to confirm.

  5. Step 5:

    In the Selective Call Rejection section, select Add new rule to create a based on up to 12 phone numbers or digit patterns, a specified time schedule, or a specified holiday schedule.

    Note: Time or holiday schedules must be set in advance of creating a rule. Please refer to Manage time and holiday schedules for Business VoiceEdge.

  6. Step 6:

    Complete the Rule details and Select call types sections. Select Add rule.

  7. Step 7:

    Select the Expand icon, then select Manage rule to edit a rule.
