Introduction

Avoid missing important calls while you're away from work by forwarding incoming calls from your business phone to another phone.

Note: This feature overrides Be Anywhere and is recommended if you have a routine secondary location for taking business calls.

Manage Remote Office settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge in the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Feature Settings section and select Remote Office.

  3. Step 3:

    Turn Alert All Phones to Click to Dial features On or Off.

  4. Step 4:

    Turn Remote Office On or Off.  Select the Pencil icon under Phone Number to edit the phone number where calls will be forwarded. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
