Enable Remote Office for Business VoiceEdge

Avoid missing important calls while you're away from work by forwarding incoming calls from your business phone to another phone.

Note: This feature overrides Be Anywhere and is recommended if you have a routine secondary location for taking business calls.

Manage Remote Office settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge User in the Services menu.


  2. Expand the Feature Settings section and select Remote Office.

  3. Turn Alert All Phones to Click to Dial features On or Off.

  4. Turn Remote Office On or Off.  Select the Pencil icon under Phone Number to edit the phone number where calls will be forwarded. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
