Introduction

The VoiceEdge Admin Dashboard gives you quick access to information such as, your main business number ring settings, Business VoiceEdge phones, call detail records and help & support. 

To access the Dashboard, sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge Admin from the Manage Services dropdown.

Main Business Number

To edit the settings for your Main business number, select Change how your main number rings from the Dashboard. Ring one phone, set up a Hunt Group or set up an Automated Attendant.

Business VoiceEdge Phones

In the Business VoiceEdge phones section, easily manage all of your phones on the account. Select Manage next to update user settings.

To unassign a user from a seat (including a Primary Manager), select Unassign user.

To assign a user to a seat, select Select user.

Call Detail Records

Access Call Detail Records will take you to the Digital Voice Customer portal. Sign in using your Telephone Number and Voicemail PIN or your Security PIN to download your Call Detail Records.
