Introduction

The Dashboard is available upon signing in to My Account. It give you access to your account features and information including Call History, Voicemail Inbox, Be Anywhere, Privacy and Call Forwarding. User and Admin Dashboards differ slightly based on permissions, please see Explore your Business VoiceEdge Admin Dashboard for more information. 

Manage features from the Dashboard

In order to access your features, sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

From the Dashboard, you can manage several Business VoiceEdge features directly. View some of those features and where they are located below:

 

Follow instructions to Reset your voicemail PIN.

View Voice Feature Access Codes by scrolling through a list of codes, or search for a specific code if you know the feature name. Download Access Codes and select Open to view the Excel file.

Manage settings allows you to edit selections for User name or location, Caller ID display name, Time Zone, Mobile number and Extension.

View, download or search your call history. View, search and mange your voicemail inbox.

View and manage your Be Anywhere settings, including enabling or disabling phones.

Enable or disable Do Not Disturb or access your Privacy settings.

Enable or disable Call Forward Always or access your Call Forwarding settings.

To view or load more Account Admins than displayed, select Load More.

Download a Softphone for either Windows or MAC. To download the Comcast Business Mobile App, select download from either the Apple App Store or Google Play.
