Manage Be Anywhere settings for Business VoiceEdge

Be Anywhere allows you to make and receive calls from any phone or mobile device at any location with only one phone number. Add devices and enable the Be Anywhere feature to use them as extensions of your primary number.


Access Be Anywhere settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge User from the Services menu.

  2. Select Be Anywhere.


Add a phone

  1. Select Add Phone.

  2. Enter the phone details and make a selection for Answer confirmation required. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

    Note: Answer Confirmation will require you to press a key before a call is completed.

  3. Turn Be Anywhere On or Off by device.


Edit phone details and add rules

Make changes to your Be Anywhere phone settings, as well as apply a schedule for when you can be reached on your Be Anywhere phone.

  1. Select the Expand icon, then select Manage phone & rules.

  2. Select the Pencil icon to edit phone details.

  3. Select Add new rule.

  4. Enter rule details and select a call type. Select Add rule. Please note, time or holiday schedules must be set in advance of creating a rule. Refer to Manage time and holiday schedules for Business VoiceEdge.


  5. Select the Expand icon, then select Manage rule to edit rule details.
