Introduction

Call Notify allows you to receive an email including the incoming caller’s name and phone number when receiving a call. You can also customize when emails are received by setting up custom rules and schedules.

Access and edit Call Notify settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expland the Advanced Settings section and select Call Notify.

  3. Step 3:

    Select the Pencil icon to edit the email address. 

  4. Step 4:

    Enter an email address and select the Checkmark to confirm. 

Create Call Notify rules

  1. Step 1:

    Select Add new rule.  

  2. Step 2:

    Enter a Rule name, then select the following information:

    Time Schedule: Choose the time of day you would like Call Notify to be active. Every Day All Day is selected by default. You can also customize your own time schedule.

    Holiday Schedule: If you would like to apply rules on specific days, you can customize a holiday schedule.

    Calls from: Choose All phone numbers if you want all calls to be forwarded or choose Select phone numbers and enter the phone numbers of callers whose calls you want to activate Call Notify. If you choose Select phone numbers, you also have the option to allow calls from private or unavailable numbers.

    Select Add rule.

Edit Call Notify rules

  1. Step 1:

    Select the Expand icon, then select Manage rule

  2. Step 2:

    Update the rule details and select Save
