Introduction

With Call Pickup Group you can answer calls directed to any extension within a Call Pickup Group. As a Business VoiceEdge admin, you can create a pickup group comprised of selected users assigned to your Business VoiceEdge account.

Access Call Pickup Group settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge Admin from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Call Pickup Groups.

Create a Call Pickup Group

  1. Step 1:

    Select Add new group.

  2. Step 2:

    Enter a Group name and select the Checkmark to confirm.

  3. Step 3:

    Select Manage group next to the group name.

  4. Step 4:

    Select the Pencil icon to change the Group name. Enter a new Group name, then select the Checkmark to confirm.

  5. Step 5:

    Select Assign user(s).

  6. Step 6:

    Select the Checkbox next to the user, then select Assign user(s).
