Manage Call Pickup Group settings for Business VoiceEdge

Introduction

With Call Pickup Group you can answer calls directed to any extension within a Call Pickup Group. As a Business VoiceEdge admin, you can create a pickup group comprised of selected users assigned to your Business VoiceEdge account.

Access Call Pickup Group settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge Manager from the Services menu.


     
  2. Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Call Pickup Groups.

 

Create a Call Pickup Group

  1. Select Add new group.


     
  2. Enter a Group name and select the Checkmark to confirm.


     
  3. Select Manage group next to the group name.


     
  4. Select the Pencil icon to change the Group name. Enter a new Group name, then select the Checkmark to confirm.


     
  5. Select Assign user(s).


     
  6. Select the Checkbox next to the user, then select Assign user(s).
