Manage hold settings for Business VoiceEdge

Introduction

Access hold settings to automatically send callers to hold and enable Music on Hold.

Note: Business VoiceEdge Managers can set specific music, advertisements or messages to play while customers are on hold. Please reference Manage Music on Hold for Business VoiceEdge for more information.

Access and manage hold settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge Manager from the Sevices menu.


     

  2. Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Hold Settings.


     
  3. Turn Automatic Hold & Retrieve and Music on Hold on or off.


     
  4. Select the Pencil icon to change the setting for retrieval time of calls. Enter a value between 6 and 600 in the Seconds field, then select the Checkmark to confirm.
