Manage hold settings for Business VoiceEdge

Access hold settings to automatically send callers to hold and enable Music on Hold.

Note:Business VoiceEdge Admins can set specific music, advertisements or messages to play while customers are on hold. Please reference Manage Music on Hold for Business VoiceEdge for more information.

Access and manage hold settings

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Sevices dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Hold Settings.

  3. Step 3:

    Turn the Automatic Hold & Retrieve and Music on Hold features On or Off.

  4. Step 4:

    Select the Pencil icon to change the setting for retrieval time of calls. Enter a value between 6 and 600 in the Seconds field, then select the Checkmark to confirm.
