Manage paging settings for Business VoiceEdge

This feature allows you to deliver a message simultaneously to all users within a paging group through the speaker in their phone. 

Note: You must be an Admin to manage paging settings. 

Access and manage a paging group

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge Manager from the Services menu.

  2. Select Paging.

  3. Select Manage next to the Paging Group name.

  4. Select the Pencil icon to change the Group name.

  5. Enter a Group name and select the Checkmark to confirm.


Add a user to a paging group

  1. Select Assign user(s) to add a new user.

  2. Select the Checkbox next to the user you want to add and select Assign user(s).

  3. Select Close.

Manage users within a group

  1. Select Manage Paging users.

  2. Turn the Paging Status of a user On or Off.
