Manage Push-to-Talk for Business VoiceEdge

Enable Push-to-Talk and create a list of contacts to allow specified phones to act as two-way radios for instant communication for your Business VoiceEdge service.

Access and manage Push-to-Talk

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Push-to-Talk.

  3. Step 3:

    Turn the Push-to-Talk feature On or Off.

  4. Step 4:

    In the Push-to-Talk user list section, select Assign user(s).

  5. Step 4:

    Select the Checkbox next to the user's name. Select Assign user(s).
