Introduction

Enable Push-to-Talk and create a list of contacts to allow specified phones to act as two-way radios for instant communication for your Business VoiceEdge service.

Access and manage Push-to-Talk

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge User from the Services menu.


     

  2. Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Push-to-Talk.


     
  3. Turn the Push-to-Talk feature On or Off.


     
  4. In the Push-to-Talk user list section, select Assign user(s).


     
  5. Select the Checkbox next to the user's name. Select Assign user(s).
