Introduction

Manage single-digit and two-digit speed dial settings for your Business VoiceEdge service. Begin by signing in to My Account and selecting Business VoiceEdge User from the Services menu.

Manage single-digit speed dial online

  1. Expand the Feature Settings section and select Speed Dial.


     
  2. Select the Expand icon. Add the Speed dial name and Phone number to associate with each dial code number. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

 

Manage two-digit speed dial online

  1. Expand the Feature Settings section and select Speed Dial.


     
  2. In the Two-Digit Speed Dial section, select Add Two-Digit Speed Dial.


     
  3. Select the dial code from the dropdown menu. Enter the Speed dial name and Phone number. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

 

Enable single-digit speed dial from your phone

  1. Dial*74 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter a speed dial digit between 2 and 9.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digit to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.

 

Enable two-digit speed dial from your phone

  1. Dial*75 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter any two digits through 99.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digits to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.
