Introduction

Manage single-digit and two-digit speed dial settings for your Business VoiceEdge service.

Manage single-digit speed dial online

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Feature Settings section and select Speed Dial.

  3. Step 3:

    Select the Expand icon. Add the Speed dial name and Phone number to associate with each dial code number. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

    Note: To edit information associated with the dial code number, select the Expand icon and the Pencil icon.

Manage users - two-digit speed dial online

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Select Speed Dial in the Feature Settings section.

  3. Step 3:

    In the Two-Digit Speed Dial section, select Add Two-Digit Speed Dial.

  4. Step 4:

    Select the dial code from the dropdown menu. Enter the Speed dial name and Phone number. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

    Note: To edit information associated with the dial code number, select the Expand icon and the Pencil icon.

Enable single-digit speed dial from the phone

  1. Dial*74 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter a speed dial digit between 2 and 9.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digit to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.

Enable two-digit speed dial from the phone

  1. Dial *75 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter any two digits through 99.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digits to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.
