Introduction

Manage single-digit and two-digit speed dial settings for your Business VoiceEdge service. Begin by signing in to My Account and selecting Business VoiceEdge User from the Services menu.

Manage single-digit speed dial online

  1. Expand the Feature Settings section and select Speed Dial.


     
  2. On the Single-Digit Speed Dial tab and select Edit.


     

  3. Choose Select user or manually add the Speed dial name and Phone number to associate with each dial code number, then select Save

Manage two-digit speed dial online

  1. Expand the Feature Settings section and select Speed Dial.


     
  2. On the Two-Digit Speed Dial tab, select Add Two-Digit Speed Dial.


     
  3. Choose Select user or manually add the Dial codeSpeed dial name and Phone number, then select Save.

 

Enable single-digit speed dial from your phone

  1. Dial*74 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter a speed dial digit between 2 and 9.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digit to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.

 

Enable two-digit speed dial from your phone

  1. Dial*75 and listen for the stutter dial tone.

  2. Enter any two digits through 99.

  3. Dial the phone number for the digits to represent (including area code).

  4. Listen for the voice prompt confirmation.
