Introduction

Schedules are an important part of configuring your Business VoiceEdge features. They allow you to specifiy when to apply Automated Attendant, hunt groups, or call forwarding services. Time schedules allow you to apply these settings based on a specific time of day, like business hours. Holiday schedules allow you apply settings for a date range, like to close for the weekend or go on vacation.

Note: Access to these features may require the purchase of a Business Voice Mobility line. For more information, contact a Business sales representative at 1-800-391-3000. Mobility lines are not available in all areas.

Access schedules

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Feature Settings section and select Schedules.

    Note: Admins select Schedules from the Advanced Settings.

Create a new time or holiday schedule

  1. Step 1:

    Select Add Schedule.

  2. Step 2:

    Enter the Schedule Name and select Holiday or Time from the Schedule Type dropdown. Select the Checkmark to confirm.

  3. Step 3:

    Select the Expand icon, then select Manage schedule & events.

  4. Step 4:

    Select Add Event.

  5. Step 5:

    Enter all schedule details, then select Save.

    Note: Set the Start date and End date to the same day to ensure the event is ongoing.

Edit a time and holiday schedule

  1. Step 1:

    Select the Expand icon, then select Manage schedule & events.

  2. Step 2:

    Select the Pencil icon to edit the Schedule Name. Select the Expand icon, then Edit event to change event details.
